The date for upload of Institutional data for Polytechnics will be
announced in due course of time.


All applicants who have paid excess amount during filing their applications online will be refunded the excess amount after the approval process is completed. The claims however are to be submitted to the respective RO's.

Attachments uploading in "College Portal" is temporarily halted since the same is being done in the application for "Extension of Approval". This is done for faster completion of the application process. However, the application for "College Portal" will still need to be completed without attachments.
Please note that all attachments as needed for "Extension of Approval", shall be uploaded with the application".

Pay calculator
All applicants shall ensure that all the fields mandatory or otherwise, are filled in the online application forms before they click the submit button. Once submitted, the application form status is set to read only.
