About the Cell
North Eastern Quality Improvement Program cell deals with the NEQIP Project which is implemented by AICTE in pursuance of the National Policy on Education (NPE- 1986 revised in 1992) and Special attention given to the economic development of the North eastern region from the Eighth Plan period onwards.Roles & Responsibilities
- Evolving guidelines for proper implementation of the Program/Scheme to fulfil the objectives.
- To Conduct Awareness Workshops about the Program/Scheme
- To facilitate Faculty and Institutions to prepare project proposals.
- To develop a mechanism for timely disbursal of Funds.
