In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13(1)(iv) read with Section 23 of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Act, 1987 (No. 52 of 1987), AICTE hereby reconstitutes the All India Board of Post-Graduate Education and Research in Engineering & Technology, w. e. f 16th November, 2009..
